Agreeing the work
Before work starts, you receive a proposal covering scope, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, dependencies and payment terms. Scope changes are agreed in writing. Initial website or store development is separate from maintenance unless expressly included in the proposal. Selecting an annual plan does not automatically include a first-year landing page.
Prices and estimates
GTQ and USD prices come from the catalogue. EUR amounts are indicative and calculated from USD; they do not update automatically on each visit. Annual billing is paid upfront; the monthly equivalent and savings match the displayed annual price. The initial estimate includes projects, annual services and the first month of monthly services, not the service’s entire future duration. The proposal confirms final prices, applicable taxes and terms before acceptance.
Service billing
Monthly and annual plans have different service and billing periods. Monthly pricing reflects recurring administration and service costs; annual billing is paid upfront and offers savings. These are not loan instalments or a financing arrangement. Initial development is quoted separately unless expressly included in the proposal.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
The proposal must state term, renewal, cancellation notice and treatment of advances or unused periods. This site does not authorise automatic charges. Submitting an enquiry creates no penalty or general waiver of rights. Refunds and cancellation effects are assessed against completed work, accepted commitments and applicable mandatory law.
Deliverables and external services
The proposal identifies ownership and handover of developed materials and any ongoing third-party licences. Domains, hosting, platforms, licences and external usage are included only where stated. Clients must hold the rights to content they provide. We will not publish their name, logo or case study without permission.
Support and resolving issues
Support follows the agreed scope and service terms, not an implied guarantee of availability or results. If an issue arises, contact us so we can seek a solution and retain a record of the request. These terms do not exclude non-waivable rights or prevent access to complaints procedures and competent authorities.
